Challenge - 30 Blogs, 30 Days!

Are you struggling to write content for your website pages and blogs? You are not alone! This is a common issue I face with most of my customers. It's usual comes down to a couple of factors: time and ideas.

Actually, I think it comes down to habit!

It's easy to get side tracked in business. It's almost impossible not to! So, in order to keep things on track we create schedules. We put appointments in diaries, block out time to achieve various tasks, etc. And this is exactly what we need to do with writing content! The biggest part is turning up! Make it a priority because your business is a priority!

I Don't Have Time to Write

You do, you just haven't made it a priority! You haven't seen it as important yet. But if you want to be found on the web, if you want to grow your presence, if you want to grow your business - you need to make time, because content is what gets you seen. It's really that simple. Make it a priority!

Keep It Simple

We humans have a tendency to over complicate things. So, let's keep this really simple. Block out 30 minutes a day to write something. Don't make it War and Peace. Keep It Simple. One idea that is written about until it's done. Don't even stress about whether you are going to bublish it or not - just write!

We are trying to create a habit. Creativity creates creativity! One idea tends to lead to another, and so on. But first, you have to show up!

I Don't Know What to Write About

If you're in business you have customers. If you have customers they have questions. Start there! Start answering the questions your customers are asking you. Write until the question is answered in full. If that's 200 words, it's done! If that is an essay, break it down into multiple blogs; a series.

Perfection is Over Rated!

Don't get bogged down in perfection. Write it, read it for continuity and understandability, edit it for typos, and then push publish. Excellent. Well Done! Now, reward yourself with a coffee, or tea, or whatever works for you!

Build The Habit

Make a commitment to yourself to write a blog a day for 30 days. Your business deserves it. Build the habit. Your business will thank you!
