Do you struggle to find topics to write articles about for your website, social media, etc? Finding topics to write about is a constant for businesses I work with. I've been doing this for years, and it's a common question, particularly in the early days of working together. How do I know what to write about? My answer is always the same. Write about the questions your customers ask you!
It's worthy of a heading:
Write about the questions your customers ask you!
It's that simple. Take a note of any questions your customers ask you during the course of the day, and then write posts about them! Hint: I'm doing it right now!
- What colours do they come in?
- How long does it take?
- What size options are there?
- Are you open on weekends?
- How do I build muscle?
- Can I eat carbs?
- Why is it so expensive?
- Do you take credit cards
- How long have you been in business?
- Can I get that delivered to Queensland?
And the list goes on and on and on.
Keep a notepad by your phone and write the questions down. Turn them into posts.
