It's time for a Mindset Reset. Believe In Yourself! If you're running your own business, you are already doing things most people can not do, or will not do! Take a moment to sit with that. Take a moment to reflect on everything you have achieved to get this far! You are amazing! Take a bow!

You Can, and Will Do It!

As I write this article the Rough Diamond Academy is concluding the first week of a 30 day challenge. A challenge to write an article every day for 30 days. I have no doubt that many in the group are already struggling with this task. Why? Because it pushes us into uncomfortable territory. It asks questions of us. It simultaneously makes us doubt ourselves and our ability to complete the challenge, but also empowers us every time an article is completed. This in a nutshell is small business. A daily overcoming of challenges, often undertaken alone and with our hearts in our throats! Yet, we are still here. Proof positive that we have what it takes to overcome the hurdles and do amazing things!

Your History Is Proof

So, if you are in small business, and currently doubting yourself, it's time to dig into your history. Your history is the story of you overcoming obstacles, jumping hurdles, solving problems, and coming out on top! That's no small thing! Don't ignore it, or play it small. It's fucking incredible! Celebrate it and let that knowledge pull you forward in the moments when you lose your mojo. You can conquer anything!

Minset Reset

Mindset reset is about remapping your brain to focus on your strengths, your courage, your inner amazing. It's there, i know, because you are here, you have already traversed many a hard day, many a challenge and you're still standing to tell the tell. You dug deep, and you prevailed. Amazing you! Believe in yourself and know that I too believe in you!
